Ricardo and Carmen Llave
Ricardo and Carmen are currently serving as CFCI Base Directors in Argentina. They also work in prison ministry with women and youth, and lead a program to feed the homeless.
Argentina is the 2nd largest country in South America and the eighth largest country in the world. Our base in Argentina is located in San Salvador de Jujuy, where our team works share the good news of the Gospel to the people of the city.
Every Tuesday afternoon Carmen and Ricardo gather a group of volunteers to cook healthy and delicious food for the homeless. On Tuesday nights, a group of 50 volunteers goes out with them to evangelize, share a word of encouragement and a meal with countless people living on the streets.
On Wednesdays they serve at the local juvenile detention center, on Thursday they attend the women’s prison, and on Fridays they visit the men’s prison.
CFCI Jujuy is working hard to be witness in our city, and to light up where is need it.

Our team works hard to actively recruit volunteers from local churches to mobilize them into the Great Commission of sharing the Good News to the people on the street.
Currently, our base is also working on looking for local donors to invest in their ongoing ministry activities.
Our heart for people in tough situations keep us going on every day.
We have a big desire to see cities be transformed, by transforming the lives of each of the people we are in contact with. The homeless and prison ministries are the perfect places to bring hope of Christ to.
