Costa Rica Leadership Training Mission Trip: Pastor Development, Discipleship & Church Ministry

Come alongside pastors, ministry leaders, and churches in Costa Rica through leadership training, discipleship, encouragement, and relationship-based ministry.

Through seminars, workshops, mentorship, prayer, and collaborative ministry opportunities, teams have the opportunity to help equip and encourage local pastors and leaders serving their communities faithfully every day.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means strengthening not only individuals and families, but also the local church and the leaders who are serving on the front lines of ministry.

Many pastors and ministry leaders are carrying significant responsibilities as they care for their churches, families, and communities. This ministry creates opportunities to encourage, refresh, equip, and support leaders through Biblical teaching, practical training, prayer, and authentic relationships.

You’ll serve alongside Costa Rican pastors and ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help strengthen ministries that are impacting children, youth, families, women, men, and entire neighborhoods with the hope and love of Jesus.

Training topics can include:

• Women’s ministry
• Men’s ministry
• Family ministry
• Youth & children’s ministry
• Church growth & outreach
• Encouraging and mentoring local leaders

This ministry is not about arriving with all the answers.
It’s about serving humbly, sharing experiences, learning from one another, and encouraging the local church.

Teams may also have opportunities to combine leadership training with other outreach ministries such as sports ministry, children’s programs, community outreach, prayer ministry, family visits, construction projects, medical/dental clinics, and evangelism opportunities.
