Zimbabwe Women’s Ministry Mission Trip: Entrepreneurship, Life Skills & Community Development

Come alongside women in Zimbabwe through relationship-based ministry that brings hope, encouragement, practical skills, and the love of Jesus to families and communities.

Serve alongside local ministry leaders through women’s empowerment programs, entrepreneurship training, discipleship, mentorship, community outreach, and practical skill-building designed to help women grow both spiritually and economically.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about the whole person — spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical needs. Through women’s ministry, we help create spaces where women are seen, valued, encouraged, equipped, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Many women in the communities we serve are working hard to care for their families while facing poverty, unemployment, limited opportunities, and economic hardship. Through women’s empowerment programs, participants learn practical, income-generating skills such as making perfumes, air fresheners, detergents, laundry soap, skincare products, and other household items that can be sold within their communities.

These programs are designed to equip less-privileged women, single mothers, widows, and women living with disabilities with practical tools that can help create sustainable income opportunities and greater financial stability for their families.

But this ministry is about more than learning a skill.

It’s about dignity.
Confidence.
Opportunity.
Community.
And reminding women they were created with purpose.

As women learn new skills, build friendships, and grow in their faith, they discover that their circumstances do not define their future. Through discipleship, encouragement, and practical training, they are empowered to dream again and pursue new possibilities for themselves and their families.

You’ll serve alongside Zimbabwean ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where women experience belonging, encouragement, practical support, discipleship, and opportunities to grow.

Whether you’re sharing a skill, helping facilitate workshops, encouraging women through conversation, praying with participants, sharing your testimony, helping with entrepreneurship training, or simply building relationships — every moment matters.
