In Zimbabwe, sports are more than games — they’re a bridge to relationships, mentorship, discipleship, community, and the hope of Jesus.

Serve alongside local leaders through soccer outreach, basketball clinics, volleyball tournaments, rugby activities, sports camps, school visits, team practices, discipleship, and relationship-based ministry with children, teens, women, and men.

Whether you play competitively or simply love encouraging others, your willingness to show up matters.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about the whole person — spiritual, emotional, relational, and practical needs. Through sports ministry, we help create spaces where people experience belonging, encouragement, mentorship, healthy community, purpose, and the love of Christ in tangible ways.

Many communities throughout Zimbabwe face poverty, unemployment, instability, addiction, and limited opportunities for youth and families. Sports ministry creates a different path — one rooted in identity, teamwork, discipleship, positive community, and hope for the future.

You’ll serve alongside Zimbabwean ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where children, teens, and families are seen, valued, challenged, encouraged, and ultimately pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Whether you’re coaching soccer, organizing games, helping with drills, leading a devotion, encouraging athletes, praying with students, or simply building relationships on the sidelines — every moment matters.

Through CFCI Zimbabwe, teams, churches, schools, sports teams, students, young adults, and individuals have opportunities to serve alongside local ministries in meaningful ways throughout the year.
