Across rural Zimbabwe, local pastors and church leaders faithfully serve their communities despite limited resources, long distances, and significant challenges. Many churches are at the heart of their communities, providing spiritual guidance, practical support, discipleship, and hope to families facing poverty, unemployment, and hardship.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — helping churches become places where individuals, families, and communities can experience hope, encouragement, discipleship, and the love of Jesus.

Through rural church ministry, teams have the opportunity to come alongside local pastors, church leaders, and congregations to encourage, equip, and support the ministry that is already taking place.

You’ll serve alongside Zimbabwean pastors and ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where churches are strengthened, leaders are encouraged, and communities are pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Whether you’re helping lead leadership training, sharing your testimony, teaching a Bible study, assisting with outreach events, encouraging pastors, praying with church members, or supporting community ministry initiatives, every moment matters.
