Zimbabwe Orphans & Vulnerable Children Mission Trip: Sports, Bible Teaching & Mentorship

Invest in the lives of children and teens in Zimbabwe through relationship-based ministry, encouragement, discipleship, practical service, and the hope of Jesus.

Serve alongside local ministry leaders as they care for orphans and vulnerable children ranging from ages 4 to 18. Through everyday interactions, mentorship, activities, prayer, and practical support, you’ll have the opportunity to help create a safe and encouraging environment where young people can experience belonging, dignity, and hope.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — helping children experience love, stability, encouragement, discipleship, education, community, and the hope of Christ in tangible ways.

Many children in Zimbabwe have experienced loss, poverty, family instability, neglect, or difficult life circumstances. Orphanage ministry creates opportunities to remind children and teens that they are seen, valued, deeply loved by God, and created with purpose.

And helping young people discover hope for their future.

You’ll serve alongside Zimbabwean ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in the lives of these children and teenagers. Together, you’ll help create environments where young people can grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically while experiencing the love of Jesus through a caring community.

Whether you’re organizing games, leading a Bible lesson, helping with a construction project, painting a building, playing sports, creating crafts, sharing your testimony, or simply spending time with a child — every moment matters.

Sometimes the greatest ministry is simply being present.
