Teenagers in Zimbabwe are growing up in a world filled with pressure, uncertainty, poverty, unemployment, family struggles, and limited opportunities for the future. Many students are searching for identity, belonging, purpose, and hope.

High school ministry creates opportunities to walk alongside teenagers during one of the most influential seasons of their lives.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — helping young people experience encouragement, discipleship, mentorship, community, purpose, and the hope and love of Jesus.

This ministry is about more than activities.

It’s about showing teenagers they matter.
Listening to their stories.
Encouraging their dreams.
Helping them discover their identity in Christ.
And creating safe spaces where they can ask questions, grow in faith, and build healthy relationships.

You’ll serve alongside Zimbabwean ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in local schools and communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where high school students feel seen, valued, encouraged, challenged, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Whether you’re leading a discussion, sharing your testimony, organizing games, helping with creative activities, praying with students, teaching a Bible lesson, or simply spending time building relationships — every moment matters.

Teenagers do not just need programs.
They need people willing to show up consistently and invest in them.
