More about Thailand ESL & English Teaching Mission Trip: Community Outreach, Conversation Classes & Church Ministry:
Teach. Connect. Share.
Use your time, creativity, and compassion to build relationships, serve a local community, and share the love of Jesus.
Through English teaching, conversation classes, creative outreach, children’s activities, community engagement, and church ministry, you’ll serve alongside Thai ministry leaders and connect with children, youth, and adults in meaningful ways.
This trip is ideal for individuals, families, students, young adults, teachers, church groups, and anyone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in cross-cultural ministry. You don’t need to be a professional teacher or artist. You simply need a willingness to serve, learn, build friendships, and share the love of Jesus through everyday interactions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with local ministry leaders at Mitrpracha Evangelical Center, a church and community outreach center already serving people in the local community.
- Help lead English classes and conversation groups where children, youth, and adults can practice English while building friendships and meaningful connections.
- Serve through creative and children’s outreach including art projects, crafts, activities, games, and other hands-on opportunities to engage the community.
- Build relationships through community engagement by sharing conversations, participating in community events, encouraging others, and experiencing life alongside local people.
- Participate in church ministry through Sunday worship, prayer, testimony and story sharing, and other opportunities to support the local church and make Christ known.
You’ll fly into Bangkok, Thailand, and serve alongside local ministry leaders and the community while experiencing ministry through Mitrpracha Evangelical Center.
Sometimes a Conversation Can Open a Door.
In Thailand, where Christians make up only a small percentage of the population, relationships matter deeply. For many people, genuine friendship and authentic Christian community can create a natural space to ask questions, explore faith, and experience the love of Christ.
You may help someone practice English, teach a child how to make a craft, join a community activity, share a meal, worship with a local church, or simply sit and talk with someone. These simple moments can build trust and create opportunities for people to encounter the hope and love of Jesus.
