Costa Rica Women’s Ministry Mission Trip: Technical Skills, Entrepreneurship & Community Outreach

Come alongside women in Costa Rica through relationship-based ministry that brings hope, encouragement, practical skills, and the love of Jesus to families and communities.

Serve through baking programs, sewing classes, crafts, sports outreach, mentorship, and community activities designed to empower women both spiritually and practically.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about the whole person — spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical needs. Through women’s ministry, we create spaces where women are seen, valued, encouraged, equipped, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Many women in the communities we serve are working hard to support their families while facing poverty, limited opportunities, and difficult circumstances. Through entrepreneurship-based programs like baking, sewing, and crafts, women are able to learn practical skills that can create opportunities for income, stability, and long-term impact for their families.

But this ministry is about more than learning a skill.

It’s about dignity.
Confidence.
Community.
And reminding women they were created with purpose.

You’ll serve alongside Costa Rican ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where women and children experience belonging, encouragement, support, and opportunities to grow.

Whether you’re helping lead a baking workshop, sewing alongside women, organizing games for children, assisting with daycare, leading crafts, playing sports, or simply building relationships over conversation and coffee — every moment matters.
