Through CFCI Guatemala, churches, schools, sports teams, young adults, families, creatives, professionals, and individuals have opportunities to serve alongside local ministries in a wide variety of ways throughout the year.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — serving communities through relationships, compassion, discipleship, creativity, education, encouragement, and the love of Jesus.

Some teams serve through sports outreach and children’s ministry.

Others lead art workshops, English classes, after-school tutoring, construction projects, leadership training, medical outreach, family visits, women’s ministry, counseling support, or evangelism.

Some teams bring supplies and teach practical skills.
Some organize games and camps.
Some paint murals.
Some encourage women through beauty and empowerment ministry.
Some mentor students.
Some simply show up ready to love people well and serve wherever needed.

And all of it matters.

You’ll serve alongside Guatemalan ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where children, teens, families, pastors, and communities are seen, valued, encouraged, equipped, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Guatemala is rich in culture, resilience, beauty, and community — yet many families still face poverty, violence, instability, food insecurity, limited educational opportunities, and lack of access to resources and support. Through long-term ministry partnerships, local churches and leaders are helping bring hope, healing, discipleship, and transformation to communities throughout the country.

And this is part of something bigger.
