Costa Rica is CFCI’s largest ministry base, creating opportunities for churches, schools, sports teams, young adults, families, creatives, professionals, and individuals to serve in a wide variety of ministries throughout the year. 

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — serving communities through relationships, compassion, discipleship, creativity, education, encouragement, and the love of Jesus.

Some teams serve through sports outreach and kids clubs.

Others lead art workshops, English classes, after-school tutoring, construction projects, leadership training, medical outreach, family visits, women’s ministry, or evangelism.

Some teams bring supplies and teach practical skills.
Some organize games and camps.
Some paint murals.
Some mentor students.
Some simply show up ready to love people well and serve wherever needed.

And all of it matters.

You’ll serve alongside Costa Rican ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where children, teens, families, pastors, and communities are seen, valued, encouraged, equipped, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Costa Rica is beautiful, vibrant, and full of life — but many communities still face poverty, addiction, violence, instability, and lack of opportunity. Through long-term ministry partnerships, local churches and leaders are helping bring hope, healing, discipleship, and transformation to communities across the country.
