Costa Rica Men’s Ministry: Discipleship, Mentorship & Life Transformation

Come alongside men in Costa Rica through discipleship, mentorship, encouragement, and relationship-based ministry that points people toward hope, healing, purpose, and the love of Jesus.

Through Bible studies, community outreach, testimony sharing, practical skill-building, prayer ministry, and mentorship, teams have the opportunity to serve alongside local ministry leaders who are helping men move from addiction, gang involvement, hopelessness, and brokenness into lives of purpose and servant leadership in the Kingdom of God.

At CFCI, we believe the Gospel is holistic.

That means we care about both spiritual and practical needs — helping people experience transformation through discipleship, community, encouragement, accountability, and opportunity.

This ministry is about more than programs.

It’s about relationships.
Walking with people consistently.
Encouraging growth.
And reminding men they were created for more.

You’ll serve alongside Costa Rican ministry leaders who are already deeply invested in their communities. Together, you’ll help create environments where men are seen, valued, challenged, encouraged, and pointed toward the hope and love of Jesus.

Teams may help lead Bible studies, share testimonies and life experiences, pray with men, encourage spiritual growth, build relationships, and teach practical skills that can help create confidence and opportunities for the future.

In the past, teams have also shared practical skills such as car maintenance, hands-on trades, and life skills training as a way to connect relationally and encourage personal growth and responsibility.

You do not need to have all the answers to serve in this ministry.
You simply need humility, compassion, and a willingness to walk alongside others.
