Shawn serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Christ For the City International, where he oversees the organization’s daily operations and the systems that support its global ministry. His leadership spans finance, staff development, strategic planning, and ensuring that both U.S. and international teams have the resources they need to thrive.

Shawn and his wife, Sara, live in Papillion, Nebraska, and are deeply committed to CFCI’s mission. With decades of ministry and missions experience, they are passionate about empowering others to fulfill their God-given potential. Together, they are raising their daughters—Roey, Piper, Nora, and Conley—while modeling a life of service and Kingdom impact.
