Neal Eilers
Finance Manager
Having recently joined the CFCI team in June, I am very excited to start this new chapter in my life and to be part of the amazing work CFCI and its missionaries are doing around the world. Working with CFCI as the finance manager gives me the ability to put a couple of my passions to work, missions and business administration. I look forward to what God has planned for me here and how he will use me to grow his Kingdom.

Dick Dudney

Dick Dudney
Personnel Director
I worked for 24 years as a missionary with the Latin America Mission in Costa Rica. I led an international youth ministry for over 8 years, worked as a counselor at a Christian counseling center for 4 years, and then 12 years at a Spanish language school for missionaries. I returned to the United States with my wife in 2010 at the request of my good friend and Christ For the City Int’l. President, Chip Anderson.
As the Personnel Director for the mission I deal with the issues having to do with our long-term missionaries, as well the “human resources” type issues for the mission’s personnel.
Recently there has been an incredible amount of growth for CFCI. We have seen so many exciting things happening; new doors opened, incredible breakthroughs in ministry, new bases being formed around the globe, and most importantly many new believers coming to Christ. The growth has not been without challenges, but our God is so very faithful to bring about good from even the difficulties. We are so grateful for all He is doing.

Norm Welch
Urban Plunge Director
I am the Urban Plunge Director at Christ for the City International, where I work to help churches and other organizations go on the Urban Plunge. My passion is that students would discover how God is calling them to serve and help leaders find ways to help students put their gifts and talents into action.
I served as a youth pastor for 10 years and in youth ministry for over 15 years as a volunteer at a local church. I have been on and led multiple short-term mission trips to Haiti, Rwanda, and multiple U.S. cities. I have a strong passion for learning and willingness to try new things. I know that the Great Commission is our duty and love helping people discover how they can fulfill it in their lives.

Sheila Dudney
Assistant Personnel Director
After the privilege of serving as a missionary for 24 years in Costa Rica, it is a real joy to help new “laborers for the harvest” find God’s perfect field for them. I wouldn’t trade my life on the mission field for all the riches in the world, because it drove me to a deeper dependence and intimacy with Jesus that I wouldn’t have been pressed to have otherwise. My passion is to come alongside those who want more of God Himself and are ready to follow His heart to the nations.

I am thankful to work at CFCI and see how God is working in Omaha and around the world. I work with Urban Plunge. I help prepare for a group’s arrival and also help follow-up with a group after their Urban Plunge trip. It is great to see and hear about the groups’ experiences sharing God’s love with others.

Jordan Reed

Jordan Reed
Urban Plunge Coordinator
I have been working at CFCI since July of 2017 as my part of serving God’s kingdom. As the Omaha City Coordinator, I have the privilege of putting together all of the trips that come to Omaha, as well as building relationships with ministry partners and team leaders. As the Urban Plunge Team Recruiter, I am also able to meet and create connections with people, with the goal of being a part of their “God mission” and to have the opportunity to share with them the same passion for loving and serving people as I do.

Judy Longbrake

Judy Longbrake
Finance Assistant
I have had an interest in missions since an early age and thought about being a missionary, but only went on one short-term mission’s trip which was to France. I did have the privilege of working with the missions pastor at my church and have had several missionaries in my home as our guests. So when CFCI came knocking on my door, I felt it was a fit for me to be working in the missions area once again giving support behind the scenes to those on the field. As a part-time finance assistant, I am happy to be using my God given talents in the area of missions.

Marcus Brown
Urban Plunge National Trainer
Six years ago, the Lord put the calling of ministry on my heart after a short-term trip to Colombia. Since then, I have worked with inner city youth in a couple of Omaha ministries. What excites me about Urban Plunge is that God is using short-term inner city mission opportunities to spread the love of Christ. My heart was forever changed because of my missions experience, so to be a part of a ministry who is providing those same opportunities is a dream come true.
